Get configuration assistance with Setup Assist
With Business Digital Voice with Webex, you receive expert configuration assistance after service activation through Cisco’s Setup Assist team.
Setup Assist service includes:
- Reactive virtual onboarding via chat in User Hub for up to five days after service activation
- Digital content for feature and user setup support
Engaging Setup Assist process:
- Setup Assist service is available following service activation.
- Log in to User Hub and use the chat widget to contact the Setup Assist team.
- The Setup Assist team can guide you through configuring your Webex services and completing your setup based on your needs.
- Get information on how to reach the Cisco implementation team for additional support.
Setup Assist chat is available for up to five days from service activation to assist with onboarding and service implementation. After the initial five days, chat is available for questions and support Monday through Friday (business days) from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm ET.
